Senators Ahmed Ogembe and  Dino Melaye have emerged as the Kogi Central and Kogi West West Senatorial candidates  of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) respectively,  for the 2019 general election. The duo emerged at the affirmation primaries conducted  on Tuesday. The exercise which was peaceful was monitored by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and some security personnel.
